Law on Freedom of Access to Information at the Level of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Institutions

Pursuant to Article IV. 4. (a) of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Bosnia and Herzegovina Parliamentary Assembly, at the 10th session of the House of Representatives held on 22 August 2023, and at the 8th session of the House of Peoples held on 30 August 2023, passed the Law on Freedom of Access to Information at the Level of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Institutions (BiH Official Gazette No. 61/23).
This law entered into force on 13 September 2023, on the eighth day after it was published in the BiH Official Gazette. After this Law entered into force, it superseded the Law on Freedom of Access to Information in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH Official Gazette No 28/00, 45/06, 102/09, 62/11, and 100/13).
