Deciding upon a Motion filed by the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Canton 10 Livno, the preliminary procedure judge of the Cantonal Court in Livno Jurica Babić issued, on 21^st September 2025, a decision granting the Prosecution’s Motion and ordering the suspect M.Š. (44) into one-month custody. Pursuant to the referenced decision, custody may last until 19^th October 2025, or until a new decision of the Court.

M.Š. is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Robbery in violation of Article 288, paragraph 2 as read with paragraph 1, and all as read with Article 31 Accomplices of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
